I was selected as a semi-finalist in the World Poetry Movement contest, I do not know if I will win, nor do I feel I should, with this shabby poem. Which astonished me because my poem apparently is to be published in a hard bound book, though the claim may just be a ploy in order to get me to purchase the $50 hard bound book. If it is true I will have been published at both JJC in their artistic magazine (Wordeater) and Stars in our Hearts or some cheesy name.
After thought: It’s odd to have poems published, when I know my writing is atrocious.
